We offer an annual subscription, charged once a year. To buy the subscription, select the desired subscription plan below and proceed to checkout. Your subscription will be renewed using the billing information submitted.
The purchased subscription will be valid for one year, and you can cancel future payments at any time.

FAQ
How to cancel auto-renewal of payments for an active subscription?
After the first payment, your subscription will last for one (1) year, and it will be valid until the expiry date. This means that you can continue using PrintVisor without any restrictions for the duration of the paid period, which is one year. After one year, the subscription will automatically renew.
To cancel automatic renewal of payment once the subscription period is over:
- In the Admin Panel, click Subscription in the upper left corner;
- Click the Cancel auto-renewal button;
- We disable automatic renewal of payments.
You can cancel a subscription that you no longer wish to renew at any time. Please note that the cancellation will not take effect until the subscription expires. We do not issue any credits, refunds, or partial refunds for any remaining time on existing subscriptions at the time of cancellation.
After the paid period is over, the number of monitored printers is reduced to 3 and some statistics in the Admin Panel are hidden.

All payments are processed via PayPro, a global e-commerce payment system. So you will get email notifications related to payments from them.
How can I check when my subscription expires?
In the Admin Panel, click Subscription in the upper left corner. The expiry date is displayed in the Order history section. The payment system will send you an email a few days before your subscription expires reminding you that it is about to expire.
How to add more printers to my current plan?
Please send us a message indicating the total number of printers you want to monitor, and we will offer you the right solution.
